Have You *Heard* about the Jones Town Massacre?

 

Do You know the *Tragic Story* of the Christians who were Deceived and Dead?

 

Hallelujah! The *Lord God Yeshua* has warned us to Work out our Salvation with Fear and Trembling. Philippians 2:12. In failing to heed the Command of the Lord, we could end up like those who perished in Jones Town.

 

*Jim Jones* is the Founder and Pastor of the *People's Temple* which ended up committing suicide. The whole world was shocked at the incident where hundreds of souls consumed Poison as their Pastor assured Heaven. 

 

During the *Investigation* , they found Large barrels filled with the grape variety, laced with the *cyanide* and a variety of tranquilizer drugs, were found half-consumed amidst the hundreds of bodies. The Guardian newspaper reported recently:

 

Four decades ago this Sunday, the *Rev Jim Jones* , the charismatic leader of an American cult in the Guyanese jungle, ordered his followers to murder a US congressman and several journalists, then commit mass suicide by drinking cyanide-laced fruit punch.

 

Lessons from the Tragedy:

 

1. Failing to *Love Christ* and Following a Leader blindly is no excuse.

 

2. Those who Fail to *Love the Word of God* deserve the End which the Word has Declared.

 

3. The *Lack of Revelation* of the Word of God will always be an advantage to the Enemy. Hosea 4:6...
