In the Age of Acts, Where the Church Met!
Samuel Machado
In a Tour de Acts through the Scriptures, we shall find a remarkable truth!
Yes! This very Truth that has been ignored for centuries!
And, What is this Truth?
Let's Check Acts 2:46
"Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people.
What does it say? Did you pay attention?
Yes! The Church met at homes. They broke bread from one home to another.
What it means is: Communion at the Lord's table.
Alright! let's go deeper!
Here are Seven Scriptures referring to Churches meeting at Homes!

He trapped them at homes!

After Paul and Silas came out of the prison, they went to Lydia's house, where they met with the brothers and sisters and encouraged them.
Then they left. Acts 16:40

And the above Scripture mentions Paul and Silas meeting and greeting the brethren before departing!
3. Philemon's House Church!

6. Church @ Aquila and Priscilla!
Greet Priscilla and Aquila, my co-workers in Christ Jesus. They risked their lives for me. Not only I but all the churches of the Gentiles are grateful to them.
Greet also the church that meets at their house. Romans 16:4
Aquila and Priscilla had a great deal to contribute!
Also 1 Cor 16:19
7. Church at Nympha's House!
Give my greetings to the brothers and sisters at Laodicea, and to Nympha and the church in her house.

We would have hardly heard about Nympha, but she was folding a Church at her home too!
