Kisses From Solomon's Wisdom Wallet!

There are three references to "Kisses and Character" in the Book of Ecclesiastes: Let's dig them!

1. A Man Who Doesn't Lie!

"An honest answer is like a kiss on the lips."

Proverbs 24:26

What an excellent Picture!

It's really, really nice! 

No better way to express it!

That's the Stupendous Spirit of God, penning through Solomon!

No matter what surrounds, he doesn't lie.

No matter what demands arise, he doesn't twist the truth.

He is a man who will not extinguish a lie in another term.

He will not endorse it to excuse himself with a "White Lie" speech.

He is like Christ our LORD.

He will be full of truth and grace.

He will even lay his head down for the truth.

He will also endure shame and persevere in prison.

But will not live with a lie!

2. Watch Out for the Kiss of Deception!

"Wounds from a friend can be trusted, but an enemy multiplies kisses."

Proverbs 27:6

When I picture the Kiss of deception: I can't think about anyone else!

Yes! the only person I can picture is: Judas Iscariot!

And the words of our LORD flashes like a lightning before mt eyes:

Judas, Do you betray the Son of Man with a Kiss? Luke 22:48

In Jewish setting, Kisses were of high regard and value.

Until then, there was no deception as high as the kiss of Judas.

But here is Solomon stating: Enemy multiplies kisses!

Don't ever think you are in solid ground, because you have been appraised and promoted consistently.

It can be your job or business. Even in the Church.

Don't rule out the fact, Cross is always demanding.

And if Cross is active in your life, there will be trials ans tests to hold it.

I have seen many of my friends from the Software world, calling a land flowing with milk and honey as their promised land and missing their whole call.

They quit their jobs to find a better one within the territory.

They lost focus of the Cross  and their call, and slowly they switched their spectacles.

You Promotion need not be from the LORD! 

Our LORD will not bring any blessing which will turn His Children against Him! Prov 10:22

Watch for it! Be Wise!

3. Watch Out for the Weak-Willed Women!

She took hold of him and kissed him and with a brazen face she said: “Today I fulfilled my vows, and I have food from my fellowship offering at home. So I came out to meet you; I looked for you and have found you!I have covered my bed  with colored linens from Egypt.

I have perfumed my bed with myrrh, aloes and cinnamon.

Come, let’s drink deeply of love till morning; let’s enjoy ourselves with love!

My husband is not at home; he has gone on a long journey.

He took his purse filled with money and will not be home till full moon.”

Prov 7:13-22

We shouldn't rule the fact of a weak-willed women within the camp.

They were there in those days, and they are there today as well.

Never forget, the same devil is cunning and crafty to swallow up the Chosen even today.

He even runs his recruitment agency within the Church to trap the believers.

Aren't we in a despicable time, where marriage is not in it's essence and divorce is acceptable?

Church! We need to be watchful and wise over our space.

Watch out for the "Honey Traps" which will lurk to take one captive.

Scores of men. Scores of Shepherds have fallen.

The reason is the same: They missed the Focus of Christ and their Cross.

They took it lightly. They superseded the cross with the Church and Ministry.

Never trade the Cross. Set you focus on it's pedestal.
