Our led chosen brothers for the mission trip were Samuel, victor and karthick. This trip was more about spending alone time with god and knowing about his intimacy . Our lord led from Chennai to yellagiri through Kanchipuram (a temple district). when we were starting the trip lord was giving updates on the divorce cases between believer couples and lord led us to pray for the couples’ marriages our lord’s heart is not to have divorce but it also depends on how foolishly we take decisions in marriages led to divorces then our lord was bringing and encouraging brother karthick who was undergoing some issues in marriage proposal after confirmation ceremony . our lord was leading us to pray for Kanchipuram   to break the works and bondages of territorial spirit which is ruling the place and also gospel of Christ should enter the city. Prayed for the local churches and pastors who were ministering there. we enquired about pastor Moses Chandran who was serving there from past three years whom lord enabled to run an independent church. He was not facing much threats from RSS and also spirit of jealousy from other servants of god which was a stumbling block for ministry and lord is adding souls to the church

Then our lord led Vellore for lunch. In Vellore lord enabled to study about Dr. Ida scudder and Baagayam Hospitals. How the Christian missionary work changed the place Vellore? With the help of local Hotel waiters and our study on missionary work in Tamil Nadu gave a combined picture which also give a gospel opportunity with the waiters. These events are captured in historical images along with other historical events which are displayed in Hotel Vellore kitchen. pastor david who was working with villages near Ambur gave us the news about  church growth in Ambur Throughout journey lord Jesus Christ led to us to share gospel to souls in Hotels, bakery, streets, Tollbooths in    Kanchipuram, Vellore, yellagiri. when we reached YMCA yellagiri our led to meet uncle Moses who was working as executive for YMCA yellagiri and Thirupattur. who was working with all tribal and villages people across Tamil nadu for social upliftment and gospel was also spreading through other Christian Missions. our led a time of alone time in prayer to seek the lord for the places we passed through, souls we met, breakthrough for all brothers in fellowship who were waiting for next steps in lord’s call and marriages then our lord us to meet brother Sam who is running a freelancing company who is pastor’s son in Methodist church in Chennai and brother John who is also part of Methodist church who came to yellagiri for a retreat. Brother joseph who is working in company Asos in medical coding    then our lord led me to share about our life what we do in fellowships to Hindu brothers namely Arvind and Arun from HCL We came back to lodge for conference call to pray on above things happened throughout day

On Sunday we woke up and had our morning devotion on love stories in the bible. How god in mysterious ways in his sovereign will he was working in the marriages of Isaac and Rebekah, Jacob and Rachel, Hosea and Gomer.

Isaac and Rebekah: Lord says to Abraham for marriage of Isaac and Abraham calls Eliezer for the task and in mysterious ways lord leads Eliezer to Rebekah and lord speaks to Rebekah’s family then for Rebekah decision to come with Eliezer and finally Isaac accepts her as wife .In these incidents all the men and women of god has to surrender themselves to lord completely and we can see the fruits of Isaac and Rebekah marriage is Jacob where god continues his covenant with Jacob

Hosea and Gomer: Hosea was the prophet of god who lived during King Uzziah and jeroboam who gave prophecies against Israel because they were following False gods. So to demonstrate god’s love to Israel. Hosea was told by god to marry a prostitute of Israel named gomer when he continues to give prophecies reg. Israel gomer leaves Hosea breaking the covenant. lord tells again to Hosea to marry gomer. Initial decision of his marriage with gomer itself raised question for Hosea and his life in Israel but obeying lord’s words he goes slave market to redeem her back and make covenant again. This shows how Jesus loves us when go back to sinful life breaking covenant of lord but our lord searches us back to come back to us

Jacob and Rachel: Jacob runs away home by taking the brother’s birth rights and father blessings in a deceiving manner which was promised to him by god before he was born. when he was sleeping on a stone lord reminds him his covenant with Jacob but Jacob heart needs to be converted. He should a man of clear consciousness man in front god and man so lord breaks Jacob in house of Laban by making him work for 14 years to marry Rachel. He felt 7 years of work as seven days when he was with Rachel. he got deceived by Laban when he gave Leah instead of Rachel. Our lord was shaping Jacob according to his will and blessed him to be generation chosen for him(Israel)

 After morning devotion we were led by spirit to go nearby village to know about the tradition and culture of people. we were singing gospel songs and our lord enabled to share gospel with a Brahmin aunty and hotel owner of mangalam mess, (ropes and rips) Trekking and games executives.,after that we started the return journey and shared gospel tracts to Toll Booth Souls and singing jebathotha jeyageethangal songs. our lord blessed the trip with his provisions of best food and climatic conditions and brought back safely to home with some incidents of accidents which our lord saved us

Glory to Our lord alone
