When Dec 31st rattled my Parents!

We often find the practices of Testimonies and Thanksgivings at the closure day in our Churches.

And a foray of folks would align themselves to the charter like my parents did! Phil 4:4, Psalms 118:1, Psalms 136:1,23

But what they didn't expect was on their path!

Ecc 11:5

As they reached a four cross-way, my dad overlooked the signal only to surprise himself with a sudden turn of events.

He was taken over by shock and shuddered a sudden stoppage of the bike. The result: Both were down on either sides of the central highway.

The Police rushed to aid them and they were totally unharmed.

Not even a scratch was found on them. As my mom sought her knee which underwent a recent surgery, she was sweetly surprised to find it at ease. Isaiah 43:1,2, Isaiah 45:5

And as she confessed about the LORD'S Salvation from the fall, she also added on the WORD of GOD that encouraged her during the ride.

She was guided by the LORD to sigh and meditate on Isaiah 41:10 during the ride. Ans she tasted the WORD immediately :)

Isaiah 54:17, Romans 16:20

Also behind the Scenes, Our LORD had intimated me earlier as I was driving to office in my wagon.

I had assumed that our LORD meant to pray for my protection as i was driving in a heated highway. Only to later understand the whole picture. Amos 3:7, 2 Cor 12:9, Psalms 127:1-4

Only our GOD is our everlasting Shield!

Psalms 121:5,8, Psalms 91:11, Psalms 34:7, Deut 33:27
