Faith Needs NO Reason: When God Said it, that's it!

Faith Needs NO Reason: When God Said it, that's it!
Samuel Machado

For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom: But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumbling block, and unto the Greeks foolishness; But unto them which are called,
both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.1 Cor 1:22-24

When it comes to FAITH, Most of the Christians develop their own ideas. Heb 11:6, 2 Cor 5:7,17
It doesn't stop with Faith alone.  It spread all across. It even contaminates the Glorious Grace.

The theology in the heads of many who ride in the CHURCH wheels are contradictory to the Scripture, from the way our LORD intended it.
But there is hope for those who are ready to unlearn and learn. Prov 3:5,6

That is Humility (Saying; LORD Please teach me) and God won't push off such a true surrender.
James 4:6,10, Psalms 32:8

I grew up in a family where FAITH is like daily food on the table.
I hardly remember a day where we had despair or despondency knocking at our door.

Our family had something special because our dad was gifted in FAITH. 2 Cor 12:9, 1 Cor 15:10
His Faith is what identifies him even today. He never went away in disgust or distrust at any situation. Whenever HE heard the LORD, HE stood on His Word. He is the one who had set the platform for us to follow.

He always trusted the LORD and He trusts Him every day.
I often heard my Dad whisper at the assembly; Never let go off the LORD's hands.

It still rings in my ears. His faith impresses me even when i think of it right now.
What a blessed Father I have received! Praise the LORD!

He is the one who planted FAITH in my heart when I was a kid.
He would ask me to read the Psalms 90 and pray healing for my Grandma. And she will be healed.

Remember! We were mere Catholics and we were not tongue-speaking Pentecostals.
But we as a family loved the LORD. And that's the very reason, you will still find us alive and growing. 2 Tim 2:1

And the whole foundation of our family stood on FAITH and will stand by the same. Zech 4:6
I have seen my parents pray every day in complete trust. I have never seen them miss the LORD's premise for a moment.

This is how Timothy, the favorite son of Apostle Paul was also brought up.
Did you check that Scripture on Timothy's Mom and Grandmom?

I am reminded of your sincere faith, which first lived in your grandmother Lois and in your mother Eunice and, I am persuaded, now lives in you also.
2 Timothy 1:5

And this principle  gives us a pattern to pray and live before our children and grandchildren.
The FAITH only flows with our devout discipline to CHRIST call. It starts with the Parents. The Sunday School cannot teach it.

And coming back to the topic of FAITH:

The reason I had to point to the example of Timothy's household and my own household is to make you grasp on the FAITH that builds a family from generation to generation.

And this FAITH is not studied or reasoned at any level.
This is planted by CHRIST in our hearts. Kindly read Ephesians 2:8-10.

And this is what the Biblical stand on FAITH says:
No matter what the circumstances dictate, CHRIST spoke and that's all sufficient.

Never in the History or in the future, His Word will fail. Isaiah 40:8, Matt 24:35
He can't lie. He can't be faithless. He is the Author of FAITH.

There is always a Plan for God. I mean, an only PLAN and not many plans. He doesn't need it like us.
And when we trust Him, we will see them come to pass. And when don't, we can't.

The theology from the shelves of bible colleges can teach you various edicts on multiple plans, but they are all crap.
There has never been in history HE changed His plan. Job 42:2

When people point about Nineveh not being destroyed after Jonah's outcry, they should go a little further to find in the Book of Nahum that it was annihilated. God's delays are not His denials or detours. He is patient with us that none should perish. 2 pet 3:9

Do you get it? Do you hear His Voice?
Most of the Christians can't agree because they don't hear Him or long to know Him. Jeremiah 29:13

And many are even afraid that HE will ask them to do something that they don't want to do.
That is ridiculous. HE is a Good Father and He never wants His children to have something that won't build them or they would like them.

Listen Church!

Faith is not mere belief that HE is in control and HE will drive all my own actions towards His sovereign will.
That is Childishness to understand Faith. That is not FAITH at all. Even the Pagans believe that.

FAITH is to walk on Water. What did PETER do?
He heard JESUS call him and he responded. He walked on the WORD. He didn't walk on gravity or in his own ability. He walked on the Word.

I have seen many Christians in my life over these ten years and I have found most of them limping all through the years.
The reason is their FAITH is pretty shallow and they don't want to grow. Their trust in Him is only for the earthly stuffs.

And that disappoints GOD.
How pathetic it should be to face Him after living on a Survival mode?

The Pagans still thrive in the earthly level even when they don't trust Him.
We are called to be conquerors and not peanut pickers.

I hope you will have a little prick in your conscience to come out of your closet.

I want to convey this ahead before i close:
"Unless and Until you walk on the WORD of GOD (Revealed Word, Rhema), you will not know what FAITH is"

I want you to enjoy that "Hall of FAITH". A Hall reserved for the FAITHFUL ones. His Grace is all sufficient. Heb 11:1,2
If you trust JESUS, come and join the party. Stop staying outside the courts.

And reason (that is from our understanding) is not needed at all, ultimately it will submit to the Ultimate author of reasons.
A reasoning Christian is a weak vessel when HE doesn't live by FAITH.

His reason will fail one day.
It will be a great fall.

Don't be like the reasoning Greeks but be like the believing children of Abraham (the father of faith).

Shalom,
Samuel Mac
His FAITH is like a Honey
Judges 6:24
