What is the "Mystery" behind the Drowning of Pigs?
Why did they drown all of a sudden?
What really went over at the venue?
How did the "man" manage to stay alive during all those days of captivity?
Church! It is important to understand the View of GOD on the Eternity of man.
Yes! Each and Every soul is Precious to CHRIST. HE has made the Heavens and the earth for us.
It also includes the Pigs. He made them for us.
Pigs are not accidentally made or an evil creature deserving death.
It is the LORD's GRACE which enabled the man to stay alive.
It is the same GRACE that set them free. The drowning of pigs eschew it.
Church! An important "Principle in Matthew 12" answers all the queries one could ponder.
Let's read it again:
Matthew 12:43-45New Living Translation (NLT)
“When an evil spirit leaves a person, it goes into the desert, seeking rest but finding none.
Then it says, ‘I will return to the person I came from.’
So it returns and finds its former home empty, swept, and in order.
Then the spirit finds seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they all enter the person and live there.
And so that person is worse off than before.
That will be the experience of this evil generation.”
It is crystal clear. The demons had lost their home after deliverance.
They needed a new home. They requested for the Pigs. On approval, they possessed them. The Pigs couldn't contain them. For the restlessness brought by the demon possession made the herd to drown.
Obviously!The Pigs have no spirit.
And their make, doesn't endorse possession. It was too hard for them to handle.
With the chaos, the whole herd fell into the lake.
The demons were again let loose. For they had lost their host again.
Church! It is the "restlessness" with the Devil and the Demons that makes them possess a body. It is important that we learn this "Principle of restlessness" and the consequence it brings.
If we are in CHRIST, We are a new creation. 2 Cor 5:7,17
The Old has gone and the new has come.
It means "The GOOD SPIRIT" should possess our whole being.
The Spirit of GOD should rule and reign over our heart, mind, soul, spirit and body.
In simple words, We should walk out of our tents and let the LORD live and posses all regions. Phil 1:21
At the Cross, We remember, We are no longer the owners of the tent we live, we have been bought by the blood. 1 Corinth 3:16
With such commitment to the Covenant of CHRIST, We become the Host of Heaven on earth.
A Generation our LORD beckons. A threat to the demonic world.
If not, we shall rent the room to the wrong owner.
Church! Open your whole being to CHRIST our Risen GOD! 1 Corinthians 6:19,20
